All of your trips are designed to satisfy the needs of our customers. What we mean by this is that we want every one of our customers to have a unique and special experience that is organized within the dates, needs and interests of the customer. From the point you arrive at the airport in Cusco you will be received by one of your employees and driven to your hotel, where a consultant from our company will give you a warm welcome and any personal assistance needed.
Thanks to our offices and well-trained groups of representatives you will have a safe, enjoyable and pleasant time during your entire trip in Peru. Our trips included all inclusive transportation, which means any time you get off a bus, train or plane one of our representatives will be there waiting to take you to your hotel, excursion or destination of choice. All of your trips are designed to have a minimum amount of people, you will only be joined with other small groups when you visit certain guided locations. All of our trips include 24 hour assistance starting the day you arrive in Peru. 4. Can I reserve my trip through a travel agency in my country?

5. What is the best season to visit Peru?
Peru can be visited year round, however the best time to visit Peru is between March and October, because it is the dry season. The rainy season is January through February. The high tourist season is June through August.
6. What kind of transport will be used during my trip to Peru.
We use private cars and vans for all transportation from airports, bus stations, and train stations to your hotel. We use buses for large guided tours, and vans for private guided tours. For long ground transportation we use the bus company Cruz Del Sur, the buses have air conditioning, bathrooms and GPS. For flights we use the airline companies Lan, Taca, Peruvian Airlines and Star Peru, the majority of these flights are in an Airbus A319 and Boing 737-200/737-300. For travel by train we use Peru Rail (Andean Explores, Hiram Bingham, Vistadome and Expedition) and Inca Rail (Executive Class, Coach).
7. When should I book and reserve my trip?
We can prepare your itinerary and confirm your trip in a couple of hours, how ever it is important to remember that a trip that is reserved last minute will cost much more that a trip that is reserved 6 months in advanced. In the past two years Peru has become a popular travel destination, and is visited annually by millions of people from all around the world. Many of the popular tourists attractions such as trekking the Incan trail can be completely booked for almost 3 months ahead of departure time, and only 500 people are allowed to be on the trail daily. With increased popularity it is suggested to reserve your trip 3-6 months ahead of your departure time.
